  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nArticle 1 and point (3) of Article 2 and point (9) of Article 2 in conjunction with points 1(a) and (e) and points 2 and 3 of Annex II shall apply from 1 January 2020.\nPoints (1), (2) and (5) to (8) of Article 2 and point (9) of Article 2 in conjunction with points 1(b), (c) and (d) and point 4 of Annex II shall apply from 1 July 2020.\nPoint (4) of Article 2 shall apply from 15 August 2020.",
