  "text": "Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/987\nof 20 January 2020\ncorrecting certain language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1254/2014 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of residential ventilation units\n(Text with EEA relevance)\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Regulation (EU) 2017/1369 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2017 setting a framework for energy labelling and repealing Directive 2010/30/EU, and in particular Article 16 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1254/2014 contain errors in point (e) of Article 1(2) as regards the residential ventilation units which are excluded from its scope. Those errors affect the substance of that provision.\n(2)\nThe Maltese language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1254/2014 also contains an error in point (f) of Article 1(2) as regards the residential ventilation units which are excluded from its scope. That error affects the substance of that provision.\n(3)\nThe Swedish language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1254/2014 contains an additional error in point (9) of Annex I and point (o) of Annex IV as regards one of the terms defined for the purposes of Annexes II to IX. That error affects the substance of those provisions.\n(4)\nThe Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1254/2014 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
