  "text": "The animal health certificate issued by the competent authority of the Member State of origin for movements of products of animal origin from aquaculture animals other than live aquaculture animals, in accordance with Article 223(4) of Regulation (EU) 2016/429 shall, in addition to the information set out in Article 224 of that Regulation, contain:\n(a) the general information specified in paragraph 1 of Annex III;\n(b) details of the purpose for which the products of animal origin are to be used in accordance with paragraph 2 of Annex III;\n(c) an attestation signed by the official veterinarian as referred to in paragraph 3 of Annex III certifying compliance with the conditions laid down in point (b) of Article 23.",
