# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/991 of 13 May 2020 opening and providing for the administration of import tariff quotas for rice originating in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Article 8: Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 August 2020.
