Article 1

This Order may be cited as the Eurocontrol (Immunities and Privileges) (Amendment) Order 1980. It shall come into operation on the date on which the Protocol for the Amendment of the Additional Protocol to the “EURO-CONTROL” International Convention relating to Co-operation for the Safety of Air Navigation^f1, signed at Brussels on 21st November 1978, enters into force in respect of the United Kingdom. That date shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.
