Article 1

This Order may be cited as the Eurocontrol (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1970.

This Order shall come into operation on the day on which the Additional Protocol to the “Eurocontrol” International Convention relating to Co-operation for the Safety of Air Navigation signed in Brussels on 6th July 1970^f1 enters into force. This date shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.
