# European Communities (Finance) Act 1995 (repealed), Section 2: Short title and repeal.

(1) This Act may be cited as the European Communities (Finance) Act 1995.
(2) The European Communities (Finance) Act 1988 (which is superseded by this Act) is hereby repealed.
