# European Communities (Finance) Act 2001(repealed), Section 2: Short title and repeal

(1) This Act may be cited as the European Communities (Finance) Act 2001.
(2) The European Communities (Finance) Act 1995 (c. 1) (which is superseded by this Act) is hereby repealed.
