  "text": "EXTRADITION\nMade 17th July 2003\nLaid before Parliament 29th July 2003\nComing into force 19th August 2003\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 17th day of July 2003\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas South Africa ratified the European Convention on Extradition (“the Convention”), on 13th May 2003 and made the reservation and declaration set out in article 2(4) to this Order;\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 4(1) of the Extradition Act 1989, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
