  "long_title": "This Order amends the European Convention on Extradition Order 1990 by deleting the United Kingdom’s second reservation to Article 12 of the European Convention on Extradition. This reservation, which required an extradition request to be supported by the original of the conviction and sentence or detention order, or of the warrant of arrest or other order having the same effect, was withdrawn by the United Kingdom on 18th June 1991. A corresponding change to the Extradition Act 1989 was made by an amendment contained in paragraph 37 of Schedule 9 to the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. This Order will come into force on a date to be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes to coincide with the coming into force of the amendment to the 1989 Act.",
