  "long_title": "This Order gives effect to the European Convention on Extradition. It provides that the Extradition Act 1989, so far as it relates to extradition procedures under Part III of that Act shall apply as between the United Kingdom and the States parties to the European Convention on Extradition which are listed in Part I of Schedule 2 to the Order. It will come into force when the Convention enters into force for the United Kingdom, that is to say, 90 days after the deposit of the instrument of ratification on behalf of the United Kingdom.",
