# The European Regional Development Fund (London Operational Programme) (Implementation) Regulations 2008, Regulation 4: General duties of intermediate body

The GLA shall carry out the intermediate body functions and shall do so in accordance with all requirements and procedures specified in the documents which (consistently with the general principles laid down by Article 58) set up the system of management and control of the Operational Programme.
