# European Union (Future Relationship) Act 2020, Paragraph 5


(1) Regulation 5 (scope) is amended as follows.
(2) The existing text becomes paragraph (1).
(3) After that paragraph insert—
“(2) This Part also applies in respect of PNR information provided to the PIU by an EU PIU or a third country competent authority.”
