# European Union (Future Relationship) Act 2020, Paragraph 9


(1) Regulation 11 (requests for PNR data made by a UK competent authority) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading omit “to a non-UK competent authority”.
(3) In paragraph (1)—
(a) for “PNR data” substitute “ PNR information ”;
(b) for “a non-UK competent authority” substitute “ an EU PIU or a third country competent authority ”;
(c) omit “UK's”.
(4) In paragraph (2)—
(a) for “PNR data” substitute “ PNR information ”;
(b) for “non-UK” substitute “ third country ”.
