  "text": "(1) The following provisions come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—\nsections 9 to 12;\nthis section;\nsection 14.\n(2) The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Minister may by regulations appoint.\n(3) Different days may be appointed for different purposes.",
