Certifying Officers
Mode of Authentication
Register of Births
(1) The Register-General
the seal of the General Register Office and the signature of the certifying officer;
or
(2) the Assistant Registrar or Deputy Assistant Registrar of a Parish
the signature of the certifying officer.
Register of Marriages
(1) The Registrar-General
the seal of the General Register Office and the signature of the certifying officer.
or
(2) the Assistant Registrar or a Deputy Assistant Registrar of a Parish
the signature of the certifying Officer.
Register of Deaths
(1) The Registrar-General
the seal of the General Register Office and the signature of the certifying officer;
or
(2) the Assistant Registrar or Deputy Assistant Registrar of a Parish
the signature of the certifying officer.
