# The Evidence by Certificate Rules 1962, Article 1


Form 1 in the Schedule to the Evidence by Certificate Rules 1961 (which is a form of certificate by a constable about a statement made to him as to a motor vehicle) shall be amended in the following manner:—
(1) in paragraph (i) after the word “driven” there shall be inserted the words “[or used]”; and
(2) in sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph (ii) for the words “belonged to” there shall be substituted the words “[was being used by] [and] [or belonged to]”.
