# The Evidence (St. Helena) Order 1961, Article 5


(1) This Order may be cited as the Evidence (St. Helena) Order, 1961.
(2) In this Order the expression “the Colony of St. Helena” includes the dependencies of St. Helena.
(3) This Order extends to all parts of the United Kingdom and shall come into operation forthwith.
