# The Exchange of Securities (General) (Amendment) Rules 1999, Article 2: Amendment of principal Rules


Rule 3 (interpretation) of the principal Rules shall be amended in the definition of “CGO Service member”, by substituting for the words “the Bank” the words “CRESTCo Limited (which is now responsible for operating the CGO Service)”.
