# The Exchange of Securities (General) Rules 1979, Article 12: Protection for the Bank, etc


(1) The Bank, and the Director of Savings may act on any evidence authorised by these Rules and are hereby indemnified for so doing.
(2) Nothing in these Rules shall affect the Bank or Director of Savings with notice of any trust.
