  "text": "In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—\nDefinitions rep. by 2001 c. 6 (NI)\nThe expression “Department” means any Department of the Government of Northern Ireland, and includes any public officer of such Department who may be prescribed for the purpose of performing any duty required by this Act to be performed by a Department.\nDefinition rep. by 1956 c.17 (NI); 2001 c. 6 (NI)",
