  "heading": "Exchequer causes to have precedence of all others.",
  "text": "All causes which shall be brought in terms of this Act shall be deemed and treated as summary causes, and shall be denominated Exchequer causes, and as such be placed at the head of every roll of causes in which they appear, both in the Inner and Outer House, and shall at all times take precedence of and have preference over all other causes whatsoever.",
