  "text": "Penalty, Forfeiture of the Corn.\nProvided alwayes and bee it enacted That if any Merchant or other person whatsoever shall putt on Shipboard any Corne of the growth of Scotland out of the said Port of Berwicke upon Tweede That all such Corne shall be forfeited (that is to say) one third part to their Majesties one other third part to the Informer and the other third part to the Poore of the said Towne of Berwicke.",
