# The Excise Duties (Miscellaneous Amendments and Revocations) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2024/1262 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Laid before Parliament 7th February 2025
Coming into force 28th February 2025
The Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 93(1)(b), (c) and (d), (2)(a) and (e) and (3) and 100G(1)(a) and (3) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979.
