# The Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) (Revocation) Order 2002, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order, which comes into force on 1 December 2002, revokes the Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/3155) and the Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) (Amendment) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/1617).
