Regulation 6 Amendments to the Excise Duties (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) (No. 4) Regulations 2019

The Excise Duties (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) (No. 4) Regulations 2019^f1 are amended as follows.

Omit regulation 2^f2 (suspension of the effect of the Tobacco Products (Traceability and Security Features) Regulations 2019^f3).

(3)

In regulation 7(3)^f4 (modification of the Tobacco Products Regulations 2001^f5), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.
