Paragraph 5 Conditions to be complied with at the time of destruction

Destruction shall take place at the address mentioned in subparagraph (b) of paragraph 2 above; provided that the Commissioners may, on the application of the claimant, permit, subject to such conditions as they deem necessary or expedient, destruction to take place at a different address.
