  "text": "The goods shall be destroyed in accordance with the method specified in the notice mentioned in paragraph 1 above save that if the Commissioners give notice that such method is not in their opinion satisfactory, the goods shall be destroyed in accordance with such other method as the Commissioners may approve.",
