  "text": "The following provisions of the 1988 Regulations shall not apply to export shops–\nparagraph (6) of regulation 11;\nparagraph (5)(a) of regulation 12;\nregulations 13 and 14;\nparagraphs (a), (b), (e) and (f) of regulation 15;\nregulation 16;\nexcept for paragraph (4), regulation 17;\nregulations 18 and 19;\nparagraph (2) of regulation 21;\nparagraph (2) of regulation 22;\nregulations 26 and 27;\nparagraph (1) of regulation 29;\nSchedule 1;\nparagraph (h) in Schedule 2;\nSchedule 3.",
