  "text": "And bee it further Enacted by the Authority aforesaid that all common Brewers of Beere and Ale shall once in every weeke, and all Innkeepers Alehouse keepers Victuallers and other Retailers of Beere Ale Sider Perry Metheglin Strong water brewing makeing or retaileing the same shall once in every moneth make true and perticular entries at the Office of Excise, within the limits of which the said Commodities and Manufactures are made, of all Beere Ale Perry Sider Metheglin Strong water or other the Liquors aforesaid which they or any of them shall brew make or retaile in that weeke and moneth respectively as aforesaid.",
