  "text": "Provided neverthelesse That it shall and may be lawfull to and for the said Commissioners and Sub Commissioners respectively to compound for this Duty with any Innekeeper Victualler Alehouse-keeper or Retayler of Beere Ale and other the Liquors aforesaid within their respective divisions from time to time in such manner and forme as may be most for the advantage and improvement of the receipts thereof, Any thing in this Act before contained to the contrary notwithstanding;",
