  "text": "And it is further hereby Enacted that the said cheife Commissioners of Excise or the major part of them shall from time to time issue forth and pay such summe and summes of money as shall from time to time be received collected or leavyed by vertue of this Act unto his Majestyes Receipt of Exchequer.",
