  "text": "Excise\nMade 30th October 2008\nLaid before Parliament 31st October 2008\nComing into force 1st December 2008\nThe Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 93(1)(c), (e), (2)(a), (fa) and (3) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979:",
