  "text": "Terms And Conditions Of Employment\nMade 14th December 2015\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 27B(1) and (5) and 209(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, makes the following Regulations.\nA draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 236(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
