# The Executry Practitioners (Scotland) Regulations 1997, Regulation 14: Information to clients


An executry practitioner providing executry services for a client shall establish and maintain suitable procedures to ensure that the client is kept informed of the progress of those services and shall take such steps as are reasonably necessary to ensure that the client is so informed.
