# The Executry Practitioners (Scotland) Regulations 1997, Regulation 18: Undertakings


An executry practitioner providing executry services for a client shall comply promptly with every undertaking given by or on behalf of that executry practitioner in the course of the provision of those services and, where this is not possible, shall inform the client, and any other person to whom that undertaking has been given, as soon as possible.
