# The Executry Practitioners (Scotland) Regulations 1997, Regulation 19: Limitation of liability


Subject to regulations 8(2) and 25, an executry practitioner shall not seek to limit or exclude any liability, whether in contract or delict or otherwise, arising out of the provision of executry services by or on behalf of that executry practitioner.
