# The Executry Practitioners (Scotland) Regulations 1997, Regulation 36: Satisfaction of Claims


An executry practitioner shall at all times maintain suitable arrangements (whether by means of insurance policies or otherwise) for the satisfaction of any successful claims against him arising out of the provision by him of executry services.
