  "text": "This Order declares the charities specified in the Schedule to be “exempt charities” within the meaning of the Charities Act 1960. Exempt charities are not required to be registered under that Act, and the powers of the Charity Commissioners under that Act cannot be exercised in relation to an exempt charity except at the request of the charity.",
