  "text": "This Order declares the United Medical Schools of Guy's and St. Thomas's Hospitals to be an “exempt charity” within the meaning of the Charities Act 1960.\nExempt charities are not required to be registered with the Charity Commissioners and the Commissioners cannot exercise any of their powers under the Act of 1960 in relation to an exempt charity except at that charity's request.",
