  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order declares Goldsmiths' College to be an exempt charity within the meaning of the Charities Act 1960. An exempt charity is not required to be registered with the Charity Commissioners and the Commissioners cannot exercise any of their powers under the Act of 1960 in relation to an exempt charity except at the charity’s request.",
