  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order declares Courtauld Institute of Art to be an exempt charity within the meaning of the Charities Act 1993 with effect from 27th June 2002. An exempt charity is not required to be registered with the Charity Commissioners and the Commissioners cannot exercise any powers under the Act in relation to an exempt charity except at the charity’s request.",
