# The Exempt Charities Order 2016, Introduction: Introductory text


This Order supersedes S.I. 2015/1894 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 22 of, and paragraph 4(1)(c) of Schedule 3 to, the Charities Act 2011, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
