# The Exeter and Devon (Structural Changes) Order 2010, Article 13: Amendment of the County of Devon (Electoral Changes) Order 2004


On 1st April 2011 the County of Devon (Electoral Changes) Order 2004 is amended—
(a) in article 3(2) (electoral divisions of the county of Devon) for “sixty-two” substitute “fifty-three”; and
(b) in the Schedule omit the heading “In the city of Exeter” and all entries under that heading.
