Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Exmouth Docks Harbour Revision Order 1998 and shall come into force on 10th April 1998.
(2)
The Exmouth Docks enactmentsf1 and this Order may be cited together as the Exmouth Docks Acts and Orders 1864 to 1998.
