# The Exotic Disease (Amendment) (England) Order 2023, Article 3: Amendments to the Foot and Mouth Disease (England) Order 2006


(1) The Foot and Mouth Disease (England) Order 2006 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2(1), omit the definition of “national contingency plan”.
(3) In article 55A (contingency plans and exercises), in paragraph (1) in the words before sub-paragraph (a) omit “in accordance with the national contingency plan”.
