# The Exotic Disease (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Exotic Disease (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 and come into force on exit day.
(2) Except for Part 3, these Regulations extend to the United Kingdom.
(3) Part 3 extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
