# The Exotic Disease (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 20: The EEA Agreement


In Annex 1 to the EEA Agreement, in Section 1 (Veterinary Issues), in Chapter 3.2 (Application texts)—
(a) omit paragraph 2 (Commission Decision 88/397/EEC);
(b) omit paragraph 47 (Commission Regulation (EC) No 415/2013).
