# Explosives Act 1875, Section 67: Definition of local authority.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The local authority for the purposes of this Act, shall be—
(1) In the city of London, ... the court of the Lord Mayor and aldermen of the said city; and
(1A) In a London borough, the council of the borough; and
