# The Explosives (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008, Regulation 3: Amendments to the Explosives (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1976


(1) The Explosives (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1976 are amended as follows.
(2) Regulation 7(c) (persons to whom licence may be granted) is revoked.
(3) Regulation 8(1)(c) (revocation of licence) is revoked.
